Hi! I’m Jen Williams, founder of J & Co. Creative. With over fourteen years of experience across industries including advertising, automotive, and health care, I’ve developed communication strategies for organizations such as Ford Motor Company and Michigan Medicine (University of Michigan Health System). I’ve partnered closely with C-suite leaders and collaborated with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen company culture, build communication structure, and drive workforce engagement. In recognition of my work, I was an honoree for the 2025 Top Women in Media & AdTech awards.
